After big blow to CSK, now Harbhajan also withdraws from IPL 2020 after Raina

Chennai Super Kings have received another major setback. Actually, after Suresh Raina's withdrawal from the IPL, now off-spinner Harbhajan Singh will also not play in this tournament this year. He has informed the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) team management about his decision. Harbhajan Singh has given information about this by tweeting.





According to reports, Harbhajan Singh has withdrawn his name from IPL 2020 due to personal reasons. 40-year veteran spinner Harbhajan Singh has played a total of 160 matches in his IPL career. He took 150 wickets from an average of 26.44 during this period. His economy rate was 7.05.

Chennai Super Kings have three other key spinners apart from Harbhajan. These include leg-spinner Imran Tahir, left-arm spinner Mitchell Santner and leg-spinner Piyush Chawla. This 40-year-old bowler has been a part of CSK for the last two seasons. He is currently in Jalandhar, Punjab with his family.

Before Harbhajan Singh, Suresh Raina also withdrew from the IPL due to personal reasons, after which there was tension in the relationship between the franchisee and Suresh Raina. Harbhajan told PTI on Friday, 'I have informed the CSK management about my decision to withdraw from the IPL this year. I have decided to take a break for personal reasons in this difficult time. I hope everyone respects my privacy. '



Harbhajan Singh took 16 wickets in the IPL last year. Harbhajan Singh is third in terms of highest wicket in IPL history. In the IPL, Lasith Malinga has taken 170 wickets, Amit Mishra has 157 wickets and Bhajji has taken 150 wickets.
